PRESENTATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE LIQUIDES PARFUMS LOYALTY PROGRAM
Your membership of our loyalty program is subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale, which apply in addition to these terms and conditions. Membership of our loyalty programme is free of charge and offers many benefits while enabling you to accumulate points over a 12-month period. As you accumulate of points you gain access to higher membership statuses and gift vouchers with specific benefits for each status. Our loyalty programme has 3 membership statuses: The Club, Absolute and The 1st 100.
1. ACCUMULATION OF POINTS
Members’ accounts must be identified prior to the accumulation of points. Members can do this in-store by giving their surname, first name and telephone number to our experts and on the e-shop by logging in to their customer account.
Each purchase in the store and the e-shop is rewarded (€1 spent = 1 point). Points are credited to the account when the purchase is made. Gift vouchers are valid for use online or in-store for a period of 3 months. There is no minimum purchase. In the event of a refund, the points are automatically deducted from the total balance as well as the gift voucher generated.

Members change status as soon as the required number of points has been reached. They are informed of the change, which may be to a higher or lower status. The number of points is valid for 12 months. Therefore if customers do not add points to their status, they drop down a status after 12 months. Gift vouchers will remain valid until their expiry date.
3. USE OF BENEFITS
You must log on to your personal space via our e-shop or via our experts at the store checkout in order to enjoy the benefits. Benefits are nominative and may only be used by the member to whom they are allocated.
4. CONSULTATION OF AVAILABLE POINTS AND BENEFITS
Loyalty scheme members can view their account status via our e-shop www.liquides-parfums.com/shop/ or in-store via our experts.
5. MODIFICATIONS OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE PROGRAM
Liquides Parfums reserves the right to add, modify, revise or cease offering any of the loyalty programme benefits at any time or to discontinue the program, without compensation and without notice. In the event of termination of the program, members may use any benefits acquired within the limit of their validity date.
Changes may include:
● the points scale and statuses
● benefits
● the terms and conditions of use
● methods of use of the card
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP OF THE PROGRAM
1. ELIGIBILITY
Our loyalty program is offered to any individual customer over the age of 18 acting in a personal capacity. The customer may only subscribe to the programme once; multiple accounts are prohibited. Liquides Parfums reserves the right to request any document proving the member’s identity.
2. FREE OF CHARGE
Subscription to the loyalty program is free of charge.
3. REGISTERING WITH THE PROGRAM
3.1 How to register
Subscriptions to the loyalty programme can be made in-store or online.
● Online registration: membership of the programme will be offered automatically when the customer account is created but is also accessible in the ‘Loyalty programme’ section. For foreign telephone numbers, remember to give the country code.
● In-store registration: check-out with one of our experts.
3.2. Registration data
The customer must submit the information below to the in-store sales consultant in order to register with the programme or complete the online form.

Forms containing incomplete or incorrect data will not be processed.
The customer guarantees the accuracy of the data he/she enters and must inform us of any changes or make the necessary changes to his/her account.
4. ISSUING OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME CARD
On registration with the Liquides Parfums loyalty program a digital loyalty card is allocated.
5. PERSONAL DATA
We undertake to respect your privacy and the confidentiality of personal data communicated in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of data (GDPR), at the time of your registration with our loyalty programme. We undertake to take all reasonable steps to preserve the confidentiality of this personal data. Différentes Latitudes is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected.
Precautions will be taken with this data to ensure its security and in particular to prevent it from being modified, damaged, destroyed or communicated to unauthorised third parties. The personal data collected that you communicate when using the loyalty programme is processed by Liquides Parfums in the context of registration for the loyalty programme and solely for the purposes of its organisation and management. This data will not be communicated to other third parties, with the exception of third parties hosting the site or those involved in its content or management. Your personal data is retained for as long as you are an active member of the loyalty program.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, which right you may exercise at any time by sending a letter to the following address: Différentes Latitudes, 5, rue du Commandant Lamy, 75011 Paris. Your request must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specifying the address to which the response should be sent.
6. TERMS OF TERMINATION
AT THE INITIATIVE OF MEMBERS
Members may unsubscribe from the loyalty programme in-store at any time upon presentation of an identity document or by sending the request by email to the following address: contact@liquides-parfums.com
Termination of programme membership will entail the definitive elimination of points accumulated and benefits acquired.
AT THE INITIATIVE OF LIQUIDES PARFUMS
Liquides Parfums reserves the right to suspend membership, or even to deactivate its programme in the event of:
● fraud or attempted fraud
● an abnormally high number of transactions on the same day of purchase
● multiple loyalty cards being registered by the same person
● members not making purchases for a consecutive period of 3 years
Termination of programme membership will entail the definitive elimination of points accumulated and benefits acquired. No compensation may be claimed by the member.
7. LIABILITY
Différentes Latitudes may not be held liable in the event of failures or malfunction of the loyalty programme. As such, it is only bound by an obligation of means.
These conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of sale.
